Tara is Barre Body Studio's Co-Founder and Master Trainer. She has been teaching at BBS since 2013. Her classes are fun, powerful, inspirational, motivational and filled with energy.

  • 50 min Body by Barre with Tara (May 2020)

    Body by Barre strips away the extras to focus more on work at the barre. No cardio, no weights, less on the floor, longer at the barre and a slightly longer stretch. This class is perfect for all levels.
    The class starts at 10 min mark. No equipment.
