  • 30 min Barre HIIT with Heather

    This is our advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. Equipment used: Pilates ball, mat, and instructor is wearing runners.

  • 45 min Cardio Club with Danna

    Let's get sweaty. 45 mins of Cardio mixed with weight training for non-stop movement. Instructor will be wearing sneakers and using a circle band and 5lb weights. Class starts at 9:00 min mark.

  • 45 min Core + Tone with Crystal (Jan 24, 22)

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class is targets all areas of the body.

    Instructor is wearing runners and using a set of 3lb weights, one 5lb weight and a round band.

  • RISE UP with Marlo (Jan 27, 22)

    RISE UP is a HIIT class designed to elevate your heart rate, lift your spirit and cleanse your soul.
    Equipment: 5lbs and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.

  • 45 min Adv Strength & Sweat with Marlo (Jan 22, 22)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.
    Equipment: 10lbs, 5lbs, 3lbs and ankle weights. Instructor is wearing shoes.

  • Strength & Sweat with Nicole (Feb 5, 2021)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. All fitness levels welcome.
